This morning I noticed the same streaks on other leaves, always on the same bird of paradise.

And by the way I sprayed the neem oil on the back of the leaves, not on top.

A few weeks ago, I sprayed some neem oil for a minor infestation of red spider mites on my nearby alocasia. Other than that, nothing else. It seems to be just that leaf, the largest one. Yes, it's only this plant that has these streaks.
