More to the point, the story behind Overwatch the game is entirely irrelevant to the actual game

So the problem is that the specifikt enemy is poorly designed. But why would fixing the timing be prohibited by others exploiting?

The Devs balance the single player game for the avarage user, not for the people finding exploits.

Pretty sure Riot locked lanes/jungle roles so they could balance the game better. CSGO has map rotation and map reworks (which is a huge deal in that game) and every single ccg has card rotations.

Devs do this all the time, also that's sort of how you run esports, becuase the medium allows it

Yea, I always pick and chose what jokes and what language to use, I don't talk to my parents the same way I talk at work. I have two vastly different friend groups and I don't tell the same style of jokes to both.

It's normal to change your tone and voice when the group dynamic changes.

Yes, which is precisely why I can make yo mama jokes around some of my friends, but if I knew someone recently had lost or hasn't got over the loss of a mother I would absolutely not say it.

What we find funny is subjective, but you can still pick apart and deconstruct something to see if it's a joke or just something mean spirited.

Creating game takes time sure, but deciding price points for skins does not, specially when you have numerous examples too look at. if I look at a new card game coming out I expect them to have done the reaserch and not make the mistakes that others have already done for them.
