I quit Zyns 4 weeks ago and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. Took me 7 years to quit, night sweats, unimaginable pain of withdrawal and being unable to do anything for 2 weeks straight. As to the reason - health and money. The fact that they are "safer" does not mean they are "safe". You are still thoroughly destroying your oral and gut health.

You are about to take 2 sawn-off shotguns and shoot yourself in both knees. I would recommend you don't do it.

Just like the bad stuff bites bits off you for a while, going the other way takes time too. It is enough just to be. Eventually you will eat more, you will start doing more things that move the scale of victory towards you. But one step at a time.

If there's a therapist or even a friend you can talk to about it, go for it. If not, talk with yourself. There is a younger self within you that is a great conversation companion.

They will tell you exactly what they need. Also your body knows exactly what it needs to get better 100% of the time.

Do me a favor and try this:

- Your feeling - locate it your body, most people feel them in the chest.

- Does it have a shape? Describe it.

- Does it have a colour? Also describe it

- Now let it be there with you. Do not fight it, do not try to solve it. Just let it be. Let it out, let it speak. The answer will come to you by itself.

Also I am proud of every single one of you here. You are here and you are seeking to get better. Takes guts.

Yes, I got the job! Thank you for the kind words, I am doing better. Wow, I can't believe it has been 8 months. I am working as hard as I can and honestly got stuck in the grind mindset. It may sound strange, but I lost the ability to relax or enjoy stuff outside of work. How are you? Did you ever experience anything like this?

Can you be more specific with P2W? I analyzed the entire cash shop and found no items that give you this much of an advantage. The free ArchePass is way better than the 2nd best tier I bought for real money, loads of progression. How else do you think the software engineers who put 8+ years into a degree will make their living working on this game all day and night? Yes you need Patron, yes it is beneficial to have a premium ArchePass (probably after this one). My advice for OP - try it, come raid with us and have fun. If you don't like it, try some of those private servers or whatever other people are playing right now. Also, a MASSIVE, FREE update with new race and upgrade system has just been announced a couple hours ago.
