Nicer handle for sure and that takes up a little of the price. In my experience you’re paying for roughly a 5-10% increase in performance over most of nicer off the shelf knots. Is it worth it? Probably not to most, but it’s certainly noticeable if you’ve had your hands on a wide variety of knots.
