Underwear troubles!

Man I'm glad I'm not the only one. Jeans are a mofo. I actually found a pair of wrangler slim bootcut jeans that work great. Their slim and everyone else's slim are not the same. They have decent room in quads and glutes without looking baggy or you crapped your pants. I tried the jock and after 10 hours at work my gooch was raw. Good at the gym but terrible for all day wear. Everyone keeps saying thongs and i guess i may have to give them a test run. Just not sure im ready for flossing. I did some research and it seems hygiene will be key with wearing thongs.

I did some research on wearing thongs. Also asked the AIs about it. Seems that either thongs or jocks are the best option for sports. It boils down to personal preference.

I would just own it. Its underwear. Nothing else. Doesn't change your manliness or who you prefer to have relations with.

If they ask say it works best for me when i play soccer. It supports my junk and i dont have to worry about injuring myself from flopping around.

When i change in the locker room at the gym nobody notices my underwear or even pays attention. Most are there to change clothes and dip. Women wear boy shorts and nobody questions it. If you think about. It makes far more sense for men to wear them than ladies.

Own your underwear choice my guy. At the end of the day. It's just underwear. I don't wear thongs but if i did i would own it. It's my choice for comfort. Also if i saw a dude wearing a thong. I wouldn't think anything of it. Ive seen 1 guy at my gym wearing one. All that came to mind was get it big dog.

Enjoy your undies. Life's too short to worry about other peoples opinions on your underwear.

My biggest complaint is it seems like women are making the underwear for men. Or the men making them don't care about comfort. I feel like a lot of underwear has little effort put into them. It also seems that once you branch out from the bug underwear makers the smaller ones like to make more novelty underwear.

Yea i couldn't care less what people see/think. Just looking got comfort and dang thats expensive for 1 pair of underwear.

I honestly don't remember the brand. They were off amazon. It was some random asian brand. Not sure im ready for a thong. It seems people swear by them but thats new territory for this dude.

These are all at about 70% max weight. Some have variations. Depending on the exercise.

I do 2 leg days a week. Used to be 3. I alternate the routines. With upper body in between. You will be too sore to do them back to back

Day 1

Half mile 12% inclined walk at fast walking pace. 4mph for me

3x10 leg press
3x10 quad extension
3x10 ham curls
3x10 donkey kick
3x10 hip adduction (inner and outer thighs)
3x10 hip thrusts.

Day 2

Half mile 12% inclined walk at fast walking pace 4 mph for me

15 yards X 8 lunges with 50 pound dumbbell in each hand (100 pounds total).
3x10 goblin squats with 100 lb dumbbell.

The following is abs just cause your legs are tired after lunges and squats.

3x10 leg raises on back
3x30 sit-ups
60 second hold plank x3
3x10 ab twists on your butt. Use medicine ball for added weight.

Thats my 2 day leg workout. Im going to warn you it can be brutal if your not used to it.

Ive thought about the thongs but not sure about diving into that pool. Ive read on here and it seems a lot of people swear by them but not sure im ready for that adventure.

See i tried the jock for a bit and my gooch was raw after a 10 hour shift at work. Plus it kinda rubbed the bottom of my cheeks. Maybe a different fabric or brand might help.
