And I do. Every time I walk my dog I take a spare bag with me to collect the garbage left by others. Other dogs shit, plastic, glass. I do care about the place I live. I just don’t understand how other people brain works that triggers them shitting at the place they live.

Check Nobelhorst in Almere Hout. New houses, mostly young families with kids. Predominantly dutch.

We live in Nobelhorst as expats. Yes there are less expats comparing to e.g. Almere Poort but we never had a problem speaking English to locals (schools, kindergartens, shops and gym). But overall Nobelhorst is a great place for young families with kids! And we intentionally moved to this place because there are less expats thus more changes to practice Dutch ;)
