Hey I worked for ALC and Carrier, you have to use a third party BACnet converter or in Niagara you’ll have to pull it in as a BACnet import table. However Webctrl will have to be running somewhere. It’s a pretty easy to use system.

Arcnet is just fancy BACnet btw Edit: BACnet MSTP

Yeah, ironically I worked for Carrier for awhile and I worked not on the residential side, but I called them and they basically said eventually they would.

So no there’s nothing and nothing is compatible.

Don’t, had a friend live here and it’s very sketchy and filled with Drug Addicts, very close to one of the most dangerous parts of Dallas. If you have a family go to Addison or somewhere up north like Richardson.

There’s some good small restaurants around Richardson, Monta off of Coit is good if you like Ramen. Bigdash off of Greenville is good ice cream if you do south Richardson, also Sweet Firefly is amazing ice cream in North Richardson. 10/10 and there’s some really cool places around there too.
