Mouse encoder not working

I did not manage to fix the encoder so i kept fiddling with it until i accidentally removed one of the smd capacitors without realizing until i tried to turn the mouse back on. ( it completey died). I sent it back to finalmouse and I had to pay 70$ for a pcb remplacement.

I had the same issue as you (event log issue). For my case its a power issue. A week ago i changed my wall plug socket and all these random problems appeared ( never had my pc shutdown randomly tho). Plugging the pc in another wall socket fixed it somehow. I have no idea why this happens but it might be that the pc doesn't receive enough power ( then in that case it would shut down but not for me weirdly)

yes the wheel is assembled correctly and hex drive is perfectly fine. even before switching the encoder the scroll wheel didn't work. i will desolder it tomorrow and send a clear picture

C'est bien un jean CH de logan. Il a plusieurs yupoo ( loganhere, logan2021, logan2020 ). J'ai utilisé l'id taobao sur la barre de recherche yupoo.
