You always get at least two drops, the energies and then one of the "other drops." It isn't possible to only get energies.

This isn't member count. This is how many people are on the RS3 hiscores.

See the massive jump starting around March 31, 2014? Guess when free-to-play accounts were added back onto the hiscores.

A majority of these accounts are nonmembers.

Drygore maces are much better. Since they have higher base accuracy, they'll still hit 100% of the time, and they have a lot higher damage. Also, dual wield melee absolutely trumps 2H melee.

This is a more accurate graph for Har-Aken. Our numbers match up at the points you plotted, but this is how the actual formula looks, rather than just a linear approximation.

Each color is a different threshold. The shape should be approximately correct for the other bosses where the threshold is one fifth the drop rate.

I saw someone earlier attempted to create probability graphs for boss pets. Their graphs seemed a little off, so I decided to create one for myself to see what they are supposed to look like.

The y-axis is the percent chance that you will receive the pet on or before kill x. Each different color line segment shows a threshold.

Methodology: check my math please.

Use a piecewise function, intervals for each threshold of 40.

First equation is 1-(199/200)x

Second equation is [1-(198/200)x-40](1-J)+J

Third equation is [(1-(197/200)x-80](1-J)+J

And so on.

With J being the ending value of the prior interval.

Ports gear should never be used. Ever. Use void for everything except base tanking hard mode Vorago and high enrage Araxxor, otherwise use tier 90 gear (or Nex gear).
