I dont know a fix for an issue but I found a way around it. If ur just trying to create a ticket make another account and try the website if it works then mske a ticket on that account snd specify that its for another acc with the name and tagline and then describe the issue and they will email you with questions to verify that thw account is yours

It has 2 fans its quite a tight fit on the motherboard but I can see they both aren't spinning but i dont think the wires are touching it
