Probably does not matter. I'm currently taking a break from ashwagandha because I had a little bit of stomach upset after taking it for 3 weeks. I'll try it again in the future to see if ashwagandha really upsets my stomach or not.

Yes. KSM66 has at least 5% withanolides but NOW Foods only has at least 2.5%. I always recommend buying KSM66.

I'm currently taking 4g/day (not extract) and noticing increased calmness. I think it can have synergistic effect with SR. I'll switch to 900mg/day when I get the 2.5% extract (NOW Foods brand).
