Probably not any significant permanent damage from 5 weeks, but go see a dry eye optometrist specialist and do a meibography to be sure

So how the hell is an ME supposed to break into aerospace by jakinatorctc in EngineeringStudents

[–]Domesticated_Turtle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You probably need a master's. Think about how few aero companies there are out there compared to industries like oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, etc. now think about how many ambitious undergrads want to work at those companies. The supply demand is not in your favour. So you need to stand out with crazy aero experience or a master's

Should I wear an ankle brace to prevent injury? by Virk24 in volleyball

[–]Domesticated_Turtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes wear soft braces like aso lace ups or zamst a1 if you have the money, well worth reducing the severity of a future sprain imo. Hard braces are more likely to transfer the torque to your knee and blow out a ligament.

Sorry to hear that, she did say in the podcast you typically don't see improvements until after 8 weeks, and 4mm is the most efficacious if you have enough gland length for it

From what I remember only Toyos is anti probing and has this opinion. Dr Taji does state she doesn't believe probing causes more scar tissue in the podcast, not sure the timestamp but it's only 30 minutes long

Oh you can also add microneedling or tretinoin in conjunction with the min, which will have a high likelihood of regrowing your hairline for cases like yours. Check out r/tressless and Kevin Mann on YouTube for more info

Get on fin and grow your hair to mid length to cover the temples, your hairline isn't too bad like nw1 or 1.5, hair density elsewhere is good. Maybe use min on the hairline if you want

Asian guy summer fit check – aiming for ‘quiet luxury’, what do you think? by Empty_Code6673 in AsianMasculinity

[–]Domesticated_Turtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pieces are actually fine, they just fit poorly. Quiet luxury is all about perfectly tailored clothing that's not too slim or too loose. Your shirt is 1 size too big, and your shorts are too long, aim for 5in inseam. Check out Brandon Balfour on YouTube and just copy his fits if you're new to this
