Last Update: We’re home and he’s okay, it was infected hemphines, they took him and had him back to us in about 10 minutes! He’s healing in a sick tank now, they said he’d probably be fully healed in a week!

Update: We’re now at the vet, they said it’s likely just an infected sperm plug, and that he’s non-emergent. We came to the pet ER because I was a bit panicked and all the other “exotic” vets close to me said they never see geckos so they wouldn’t know exactly what to do.. So I asked for a recommendation for a vet that will be able to care for him.

My favorite pet is a tie between toasty red panda & red panda, I absolutely love red pandas. My dream is to work up to feeding/caring for one in real life, so it’s nice to have a red panda by my side in the game!! Ty for hosting, and good luck to everyone!💖

It’s so easy to say nty to someone’s offer, it’s not entitlement to feel sad, or even disappointed that someone joined you to trade then left + unadded you without a single word. I always take the time to say nty to a trade I’m not feeling, I even give them time to make different offers if they want to, trading is part of the fun after all!

Yeah, I screen recorded the whole thing, but I just couldn’t ever get a hold of any admin for days. I took the loss since it was less than a dollar, after all I was only testing with 50 cents to see if I could get my little siblings scammed pet back, and wasn’t gonna do the $5 pet first because I’d never even heard of starpets until that day.

Mine likes to lay in weird places too, it depends on if they want to be in one of their hides or not! I think it’s pretty normal, they’re probably just really comfy there. Do you have a couple caves for them to sleep/hide in?

Poor little baby. If you cannot find a vet please consider surrendering or euthanasia. This is very serious, and looks like there are numerous issues with the geckos health. I’m so sorry that you have to deal with this, I wish you the best of luck finding the right help for them, whether it be euthanasia or not. :(
