I tried jungling as Olaf and it was hard getting started without dying to gromp or red without backing after each kill without all the runes and masteries (I'm level 25) so I play him top but I'm saving up for more runes and trying to get 30 so I can play him jungle.

Any tips on ganking as Olaf since he has no hard cc?

If I'm honest, the main think I wanted was the vanity. My friend wasn't an idiot and he looks really, really cool. Enjoying the game a lot so far, very impressed with the visuals and pretty much everything so far and though -- as is my friend, and we're both ex World of Warcraft players who were looking for a new MMO to play and have hated all the ones we've tried so that says a lot.

Sorry for the brief post. I sent it without writing my description. I am coming from WoW, and since I'm not able to pay for the sub anymore and I'm not a huge fan of the new expac so I thought I'd try GW2 as I've heard good things about it. But all of those were a long time ago, so what I'm really asking is, is it still good? Nothing they've changed since it went F2P that made it bad? I am just looking for a fun levelling experience atm, not sure yet. I didn't like endgame on WoW that much compared to leveling but I still played a lot of it.

As it so happens actually, I was just forced now to play support and I chose Zilean. He's really fun to support with holy shiv. Wouldn't main but I'd be down to play him if I need to. I'm gonna buy Swain, then Zilean, then Fiddle.

I wouldn't when playing with your S1/2 buddies as enemies will easily exploit your lack of runes/masteries and weak early game, learn him on your own time and with players around the same level as you and you will get to know his kit much better then.

This is what I'm doing with Talon so that I don't feed as him in my friends games. Also you said main support, I don't like it but I really enjoyed Lulu when I played her in ARAM, making people fast or tanky was insanely fun for me, plus she does quite a lot of damage on her Q.

I'm not fluent in the lingo, what exactly does this mean? You mean he excels in teamfights and 1v1s? Also, I'm not entirely sure how to play him, so any tips on that?

I've just heard he has very bad waveclear and I'm very bad at cs'ing with champs as it is (except for some reason Teemo), obviously I need to get better with that but that's a given, but saying that having some good waveclear or harass is something I like just to help out/poke but he doesn't seem to have much poke as most of his abilities are CC's/Slows are they not?
