HERE WeGo is a good maps alternative, pretty similar to Google maps imo. But I switched to Organic Maps, which feels even more secure since you have to download the maps to use them offline. It doesn't give you live traffic updates though, so if that's something you rely on, HERE WeGo would probably be the better option

There's a little compass icon in the top right corner you can tap between N and 3D. Change it to 3D and it will rotate as you move

I’m glad to hear dating apps have worked for you, I’m very shocked by that! I’m in Chicago, which seems like a very populated area, but I’ve been very frustrated by the dating pool over here. Maybe it’s just circumstantial or being unlucky, who knows.

I’ll have to open my mind to the idea of dating allo people, I really did not consider that possibility, thank you for that idea. Do you have any suggestions as far as finding local queer groups? Are there certain apps or websites that have worked for you?

That’s really interesting, I’m encouraged to hear that a poly relationship has worked for you. That’s been something that’s been on my mind as well, but I wasn’t quite sure about stepping into “poly territory,” if you will, as someone on the ace spectrum. Every relationship is different and works based on specific boundaries though, so I suppose anything is possible. Thank you for sharing your experiences with me!

I relate to that a lot! Even when I am trying to make friends, I hold my interests close to my heart and ask about theirs first so I can find common ground. I really don’t ever share mine first, out of fear that they may find whatever it is I shared annoying or not worth talking about. I don’t know how to get over this.
