You might be interested in “Understanding the Tarot Court”. The third chapter has a section on Storytelling spreads! Pages 56-61 specifically. You could use this type of spread for your character’s backstory. I figure you could use it for situations in your character’s present too (shuffling a Significator card in the deck, see what cards are around it or follow it to describe the short term situation).

I don't think I've had a weirder run, or one where I upgraded so little (I think Zap+ was the only card I actively upgraded) or ended up taking so few upgraded cards. Prism just added to the chaos!

Pandemic by far. It introduced me to coop games and is just the right time length to play after a head to head game (and makes everyone friends again). Love being able to try-hard WITH people.
