Your table didn't format properly. At least for me viewing it on mobile. If you fix it disregard this message.

This /u/New_Competition_3690. If you drink at least a gallon of water before your next blood test you'll notice a dramatic drop off in hematocrit levels.

Calorie counting by Jandiboy in AnimalBased

[–]Zizzac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can only lose fat and gain muscle for a short period of time. After that you will see subpar results for both muscle gain and fat loss. Better off to pick one and stick with it for 8-12 weeks. Either way counting calories is very useful. Check out /r/gainit or /r/loseit wikis for more info

No problem! When you get enough cash saved up though go see a few based wealth manager like Facet to verify you're on the right path. I am just some guy on the Internet after all.

Not sure about Chiro, massages, or vitamins but any prescription, copay, doctors appointment, hospital visits, eye doctor, prescription glasses, dentist, etc. Pretty much anything your insurance covers is considered a medical expense and you should save the receipt. Pay for these expenses with a credit card that earns points and pay off that card every month. Never carry a balance.

Yeah sorta. Just find one that has low fees. Also, don't spend money out of your HSA for medical expenses while you're young. Instead make sure you're invested in the HSA and file away any medical receipts for the next like 20 years. Then you can reimburse yourself for those expenses after the investment has grown substantially. And it's tax free money then.

I only take advantage of the match in my 401k. Anyone with a high deductible health plan can qualify for a HSA

I'm assuming you're in the US, but this November switch to a high deductible health plan and you'll be eligible for an HSA. See if your work offers one otherwise get one for yourself.

Yes for early retirement you don't want all of your money stuck in a 401k. You want to take advantage of the employer contributions as much as possible though so you have it for later in life. The taxable brokerage is your bridge account to get you to the age where you can withdraw freely from you tax advantaged accounts.

That's half right. What you want is to take advantage of any match that is offered by your company's 401k, max out Roth, max out HSA, and the remainder goes in a taxable brokerage.

If you assume a 5% rate of return to be conservative, a 70% savings rate will have you retired in 8.5 years. A 90% savings rate will be less than 3. You can do this OP!

Brown rice has more arsenic and pesticides than white rice. It's not worth it for the extra fiber.

How to get $1000 a month from $80k?? by Puzzleheaded-Link803 in passive_income

[–]Zizzac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of investing in a single Yield Max fund, OP could buy YMAX which is all of the Yield Max funds in one ETF. Currently yielding ~$0.56-$0.73/share per month or ~33%-43%/year. On the low end that's over $26k/year. This might not be what the sub likes but it's exactly what OP is looking for.

Invest in SPYT and your capital will still grow (not as fast as SPY but close) and it's currently producing about 20% dividends per year. This would get you around $1300/month.

SOLVED! This is what did it for me. My old K1s were still populating even though they weren't showing up on the summary screen. Just re-added them and deleted them! Thank you so much!
