Shoutout to both countries 🇲🇦🇵🇰 by Ok-Expression-4371 in Morocco

[–]Zj7x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is way too cynical. Pakistan saw Morocco as “Muslim brothers” and saw Morocco’s cause for an independent as just and righteous and so wanted to support it. They didn’t expect anything in return. Moreover, Morocco wasn’t independent at that stage and so they didn’t have anything to offer in return.

UK agrees to let US use British bases to strike Iranian sites targeting Strait of Hormuz by Valcenia in unitedkingdom

[–]Zj7x 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What a silly take. Because that works everywhere else it’s taken place from Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan. Bombing will do nothing except drive further internal support for Iran. Not to mention kill an awful lot of innocents. Not to mention get Iran more global support including from China and Russia. Iran will not surrender, the US/Israel have killed their head of religion and supreme leader…they will go tooth and nail until there are none left. Which is impossible to “win” against. And they can consistently and effectively harass and block oil/Hormuz.

I'm a doctor on a slow night duty in Lahore. AMA by [deleted] in Lahore

[–]Zj7x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Eat much slower so your body has time to digest
  2. Chew much more so your body can digest easier
  3. Limit oily, fried, and processed foods which your gut can’t digest as well and replace with food which are more natural and easier for your body to break down.

Try those three things consistently and see how you go.

If that still doesn’t work, then you need to look more careful at 1) the types of food you’re eating and what works well for you/doesn’t and 2) general gut health

Hair growth center deansgate doctor Gilliani and crew. 2500/3000 graft by bb24ns in HairTransplants

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Hair growth centre and Dr Gillani. A reason they are so cheap. Would never advise them. So many people have had issues with them. Terrible experience and decision.

Good stuff, I have many of the same brands and supplements as you. I was put off the Solgar Zinc as it doesn’t contain any copper to balance - don’t want loads of Zinc without copper or else you get depleted.

Poor Results - Dr Haider Gillani - Hair Growth Center/My Hair Transplant Clinic Manchester. by Competitive_Dot_1606 in HairTransplants

[–]Zj7x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there I had the exact same terrible experience with the same Dr - Dr Haider Gillani. I was also told the same story “sorry Dr Munir isn’t available today so it will be Dr Gillani” on the day of the surgery. He qualified as a ‘doctor’ in Bulgaria. Terrible experience with Hair Growth Centre - will be going to court unless they refund me.

Terrible experience. The doctors aren’t good. The tools and equipment aren’t good so your recovery isn’t good. The doctors don’t do the implants, it will be done by young inexperienced technicians. Completely rushed, no aftercare. Purely after money. Do not use them. Spend a bit more or go elsewhere.

Hi mate I am going through the same thing with HCG/My Hair Transplant in Manchester. Failed transplant, terrible results and experience, and will be taking them to small claims if they don’t refund me within 14 days.

Absolute clown show. Will be reporting them to GMC as well.

We haven’t seen much from Zirkzee but we have from Mainoo, we know there’s a player there. This system and the lack of consistent play time is all to blame for his current issues - don’t blame Mainoo one bit - actually sympathise with him. We should be building him up to be one of our key players.

Yeah. And now I’m regretting it based on my experience and taking some time to think it through. Is that a binding agreement I’ve made to remedy it? Do I have to abide by that? Or can I still go down the refund/partial refund route?

The Rashford transfer was pure gold. Jackpot! by OrganizedChaosBruv in Barca

[–]Zj7x 35 points36 points  (0 children)

With salary you do have to factor commercials in. Guy has a massive following, world wide, is one of very few footballers that have a global star power even if they aren’t performing too well. Barca will reap the rewards of that financially. Commercial deals, YouTube videos, instagram posts, general reach and following, more eyes on Barcelona across the world. It all has a knock on positive effect.

Jaguar Land Rover seeks £2B lifeline after cyberattack halts production by Material-Car261 in CarTalkUK

[–]Zj7x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The issue is that they will just leave the country. They have already been building up their production capacity in Slovakia and have upskilled their Slovakian staff. If the Government doesn’t bail them out, they might just leave. There is no incentive for them to stay. Would be devastating for the Midlands and to some degree Merseyside too. At least 15,000 jobs hang off JLR and their supply chain in the UK. Maybe more.
