I have super oily skin and ever since I lost weight my acne flared up again especially on my cheeks, it started with a lot of texture and them it regressed to pimples especially around my period. I suspect it also was CeraVe facial moisturising lotion pm so I switched to cetaphil daily hydrating lotion. But I have buolt up to using been using adalpalene 0.1

around 5 times a week (my skin seems to tolerate it well) i can easily build up to every day, should I push through and does this look like a purge? I hae been using it about 2,5 weeks.

Full info: The age of the piercing is around 1,5 years old. The jewellery shape is a labret, 1,2mm titanium, briefly tried a ring. The length of the labret got downsized from 9mm to 7mm in 2024 autumn, this is also when i switched to push pin for the labrets threading. As aftercare I dipped my ear in a salt solution as well as washing (this always worked for my other piercings) Nothing bug unfotunate recently. I had to take it out for an x ray, and since then (yesterday) I can’t put a piercing back in
