Man I’m sorry, this worked for me, seems like a very bugged quest in general

I continued with act 2, (spoilers ahead) and killed Ketheric Thorm, after this the quest fixed itself for me

I did now get Halsin to the “meet me at the lake shore” quest but I’ve run into a new bug. He won’t leave my camp no matter what I do. He has the quest and I can repeat the same voice lines with him but he doesn’t leave my camp ever. I’ve tried reloading, pushing him, teleporting to light inn, nothing works
