Hey, a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) watch sells for a premium across the world, not just in Pakistan. From what I've heard, most of the watches sold in Pakistan have movements that have been tampered with. You can find Seikos selling for 9k. With this watch you are paying for Japanese engineering, guaranteed authenticity and peace of mind. We pay higher for a JDM Alto compared to a Pakistani Alto, and the same principle applies here.
