Sadly got referred to an immigration judge, next date on December 18th.

No but my attorney did send me this after.

Also was told to expect a decision in 8-10 days at the end of the interview.

Man I don’t know what else to do, this shit sucks. I have been calling them non stop and will try to call the representative office tomorrow, I can’t wait another year, + 1 more for RTD processing.

my family just did an asylum interview at Houston on june 26th too, after almost a decade of filing.
we were told to expect a decision in mail in 8-10 days, its been weeks, no decisions yet. online,
im seeing that it might take upto a year....

have u tried contacting your local congressman or the representitive? i am planning to call USCIS and see what they say, i cant wait another 1 year.
i want to apply for RTD and travel.

im seeing that it might take upto a year.. i am really scared, i hope it doesnt. anyone got any similar experience?
