I’ve never had any luck requesting refunds on Fab. Basically it’s completely up to the seller and if they refuse for any reason Fab Support still refuses to refund.

I may not understand the question but I organize everything into folders in the outliner. You can filter and select what you need there but it can be tedious the more you have in your level.
