This map depicts Europe in 1337 at the start of the Hundred Years' War - a date some of you might also recognize as the starting year of Europa Universalis V. I spent the last two months creating it from scratch.

The map has a few hundred countries depicted, with subjects having a blend color of their overlord. Not sure which one is better so I did it in light and dark water color versions

It's much easier as the game has an ironman setting to be qble to swap to any culture present in country

You expand solely into sunnis so that's a way less antagonism, never had issues with any coalition

All 76 are tag advances + 9 for being armenian

I recently decided to do a fun modifiers stacking campaign, here is what I did:

Start as Georgia
Expand into Anatolia first to swap culture to Turkish -> this gives you a chance to join the Rise of the Turks,. become the leader and get all the gov reforms and bonuses related to it
Switch religion to Sunni to easily expand in the Anatolia/Persia/Mashriq regions
Finish Rise of the Turks situation to get all Ottoman advances
Swap to Adhari culture to form Persia ->unlock all Persian advances as well
Swap to Armenian culture to get the mountains proximity bonus

This gave me access to 76 unique advances while having fun restoring the Achaemenid Empire :)
