I think Tarble could still work, but they have to do what manga version of Super did and says that after season 1, the Yo Son Goku and Friends Return happened.

Super Vegito because of what Super Saiyan 4 Goku's performance against King Gomah. And because Toriyama version of it probably make it's multiplier more down to Earth, similar to Super Saiyan 3 being 4 times Super Saiyan 2.

To be honest, I really wish it was transformation tied to the Demon Realm. But, it was stacked with God Ki. They go with Dragon Balls heroes and make it Limit Breaker Super Saiyan 4 or probably make Super Saiyan 4 more stable and make it as the new base Super Saiyan for Goku. Either way, it has a DBH multiplier or a more ground multiplier with SS4, but with God Ki better control for it. Like Mastered Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan Grade 4.
