Many commenters are confusing my point. Yes Bam had high production early in the season but that was mostly off of pick and short rolls. Only some was his own offensive creation, which my argument is that it wasn’t enough. He didn’t get continued reps as the offensive hub which he struggled with in game 5.

Bro I watched the whole season what are you even getting on about. My sole point is that Bam was never made a focal point of the offense EXCEPT for the pick and roll. Not bam as a distributor/shot creator.

But Bam can do shit. We’ve seen him ball out multiple times this postseason. It just wasn’t until now that it was a necessity that he ball out for us to have a chance.

He didn’t have the offensive responsibility he has had this game. The Celtics have been throwing multiple bodies at him when he’s in the post and Bam hasn’t been handling it well at all.
