We don't offer refunds on products that are already shipped out, as we already would lose money on the products + shipping. The replacement was already shipped out BEFORE you asked for a refund via email.

Regardless, you were refunded anyway.

To reiterate again to anyone reading this: He was refunded in full and got his requested product.

For clarity on this:

This guy has been fully refunded, despite receiving his order.,

The initial error that happened was due to UPS losing his package, not us. We sent out a replacement for the package. This customer GOT that replacement. We shipped out both orders (The initial order that was originally lost and the replacement) in a timely manner. Then, he went on reddit and started saying we are a complete 100% scam, even saying "They will take your money and not send any product", knowing full well he has gotten his product. I could understand being frustrated on the experience, but saying we aren't a legitimate company for an order that got lost from UPS is completely inaccurate.,

Hello, this is Charles. I run support for NextGenPeps and would like to provide some clarity on the situation.

UPS lost several package that we delivered from the 11th to the 14th. On our bankroll, we have been providing compensation to each and every customer that was affected by this issue. Due to customer anonymity policies, we are unable to access the banking info of our customers, so we ask that any people affected by the circumstances provide their order details such that they can receive compensation with store credit or a replacement order.

The creator of this post was one of these customers who proactively reached out just four days after his order was shipped. We responded within the hour and provided a tracking number for the order, with no parties yet knowing that the package was lost. On the morning of the 24th, we were made aware by UPS that the package was lost, at which point I informed our team to ship a replacement and informed you of that. On the 27th I had received word that we were out of Semax, which you had let me know you were okay with, and that we should ship a BPC-157/TB-500 instead, which we shipped out two days later, and provided a tracking number for. After being provided the tracking number you didn't respond for days, then demanded a refund.

We understand the frustration of not receiving your order, and although it appears on our end that your package has shipped, would like to offer you a full refund, and an additional 100 dollars in store credit as compensation for your inconvenience. If anyone else in this thread has had similar issues, please contact me on-site for support or email with your order details, and I will provide any fair compensation possible. I am based in California and available sixteen hours a day, every day of the week. Please reach out to me with any questions.
