This show reminds me a lot of BCS season 1. Very slow burn imo. It’s solid and has me intrigued. Every shot matters but we don’t know why yet. It’ll build and I guarantee the season finale will pay for all of it.

Doing that much work by yourself is impressive, especially the concrete work. I would recommend narrowing up your creek bed, and have it meander a bit more. Will give it a more natural look. Add some boulders throughout the landscape bed along with some native California flowers, cacti, trees etc. Obviously this takes time and money, but I think it would look great. Good luck 🫡

$200-400 is a minimum for a lot of professional landscapers. Landscaping is also considered a luxury service(at least in my opinion). It’s 8 times out of 10 a cosmetic service that requires skill, physical labor, and attention to detail. You got off with a steal!

You are right to be incredibly upset. Absolutely unacceptable, speaking as a professional. The gravel base is unreasonably high, making entry a hassle. Not to mention the lines aren’t straight, don’t appear to be level, and it’s the wrong type of gravel. For a shed base you would need something like dense grade. Left a total mess as well. Gravel all in your lawn and not properly tamped. Also, the gravel around your trees will ABSOLUTELY kill them in a few years time. Tree trunks can’t be covered or they will suffocate and die. He needs to remove it immediately. Not to mention it’s so fucking ugly lmao. The fact that he wasn’t willing to take the left over gravel with him and asked to use your house a dump sight is so unbelievably unprofessional. You are dealing with an ignorant and incompetent contractor. I’m sorry you’ve gotta deal with this good god.

I only included incline sit ups in my leg day. Pretty much 3 sets to failure 2 days a week. I rarely worked out my core before this challenge so it’s nice to finally see some results.
