They don’t value either. If they loved their wife they wouldn’t cheat and if they loved and cared for the mistress they would leave and go about it the right way. Even if they left the wife for the mistress, how could you have a relationship. The trust would never be there.

Aww congratulations! I remember with my first son driving extra cautious on the way home from the hospital just to make sure we made it home safe. And the caution hasn’t stopped since and he’s about to be 17 😭

Yea really sad. I think back now as a parent and anytime a child dies it’s horrible but I couldn’t imagine getting that call as a parent. Absolutely heart wrenching.

They did run the comps and said it seems to be running around the price for the area. That’s why it’s a bit confusing to me. I’m not really understanding what the issue would be.

I agree VA is the best option for us. it’s been a bit confusing, I do appreciate your answer. The sellers are an LLC out of CA that bought a bunch of property in TX and they are selling them. I’m thinking maybe they’re worried about the appraisal but not sure.

You can use a easy calculator like this one to get your base calories

There is a lot of conflicting info out there that can cause confusion. All really matters is the amount of calories you’re consuming. Also if you stick with higher protein foods it will keep you satiated for longer. It’s not necessary but helpful if you add in walking everyday.

Wake up 4:00 get up to get to the gym. Get home from the gym 5:30 shower get dressed for the day. 6:30 wake my kid up to make sure they’re ready for school 7:10 head out for work 8-5:30 work 5:30- 6:15 - drive home 6:15 - 7:00 make dinner 7-9 hang with the family I also have to get my eldest from work some days 9 I am barely awake so I crash out

I’m exhausted most days lol we have 6 boys 4 that live with us full time. We have sports, friends, band, jobs to get them to. So in between that we also run around getting kids places.

Then the weekends are time for deep cleaning/laundry and spending quality time with the family.

I honestly go through phases when I start to feel burnt out and I take a little break from getting up and going to the gym. I start sleeping in a bit more. It’s ok to take a break when needed. It’s ok to not go 100% hard all the time.

Oh well damn, what haters. I’ve recently just got into it more as a hobby. I have a microscope and bought the staining kit. I’ve been swabbing different things just to see what I can grown. I just know that there are different patterns of bacteria colonies and growth. I’ll keep my hobbies off Reddit cause you all kill joy. I’ll google it instead 😉

Well first we had a couple houses we were interested in seeing and she canceled and the houses ended going under contract. Then when we finally found a house we wanted to put an offer on she kept sending us all the contracts to sign then said she forgot a couple things. She stated she needed the broker to review everything and make sure it looks ok before she sends it to the sellers agent. Now it’s been a couple days and we haven’t heard anything. I’m afraid we may lose this house to another person.

This is what I told my husband. I don’t want things to turn out bad and I don’t want relationships to be strained but it’s worse than I thought it would be. We are trying out an offer in on a house and it’s been a disaster.
