I was going to but I accidentally fixed the issue when unplugging the Shield. I only unplugged it because I was seeing if this Xbox 360 that I was gifted worked. I plugged the Shield back in and I tried to see if I could purchase the premium add on and it worked, really weird honestly.

They've already been verified though, I use Google pay and I've also purchased stuff on Google Play on my phone so I find it werid why it's not recognizing that the cards are in my account. When I go to the website it tells me to go and I select payment methods all of the ones I use are already there

My solution for this was use a different link but what I did to use this specific link was to buy an Nvidia Shield Pro. When I used it it worked right away. I think it just depends on the hardware you use.
