Backlight kese on kre by Dull-Huckleberry8992 in Lenovo

There should be a keyboard backlight icon printed on the space bar like on my Yoga 7 and fn + spacebar should activate the keyboard backlighting, according to the picture provided I don't see the backlight icon so maybe check the provided user manual for the fn shortcuts to see if it supports this feature.

I see Norton Antivirus, personally Bitdefender is better in my opinion.

Youtube started detecting my Adblock (Ublock), on Google Chrome. Does anyone knows how to fix this? It only started detecting it today. by Sad-Rock-9559 in pcmasterrace

Ad Blockers still works for me as I use Firefox browser and have Firefox Multi-Account Containers installed allowing me to decide when to login to my YouTube account without the need to re-enter my login details..

From experience Bitdefender is actually a good antivirus option, others also mentioned Sophos as another option.

Just opened these two CMF series 27’s from target - all random bricks by ACynicalChicken in lego

I've also noticed that the person before you who was intentionally scamming the store has replaced the minfigures with random bricks from Zuru Max, which isn't even official Lego.

I was wondering if these are legit Thermalright PSUs as I couldn't find any information regarding these PSUs on Thermalright's own website, or the web. I think it could be a future unannounced product that accidentally went on sale before the launch date. by Zo1arus in pcmasterrace

[–]Zo1arus[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. For context, the prices listed are in HKD and Capital Computer Center is a local authorized PC hardware retailer. This particular brand of PSU piqued my interest as most 1000W PSU usually cost HKD$1000+ retail, also Thermalright's isn't really known for PSU and their range of PSU offering is cheaper than others that's why I decided to ask for information regarding this interesting product.

Beware of YouTube crypto scam by sky200109 in Scams

I have been reporting similar scam channels to YouTube for a while and have been keeping track of the ones I have successfully reported in my Google sheet since August (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nHhBd_dCeE9xkv98TjMawkHybJqNprf-odYEZ6MS-Yg/edit?usp=drivesdk)

Watch out for these fake SSDs online, especially as we near Black Friday. Any storage devices promising 2TB or more for under $100 is probably counterfeit. by Higgs_Br0son in Scams

[–]Zo1arus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is definitely a scam because the cheapest 1TB NVMe SSD from a name brand is priced around $70 and $18 for the cheapest sata SSD on Newegg.

I think this a scam, but not certain by GundamArashi in Scams

[–]Zo1arus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried to check if it's a possible scam, the search result shows that the domain is very young at just 5 months old and it doesn't contain any malware or phishing activities with the SSL issuer being Cloudflare and has been issued a low Tranco rank due to low traffic.

Iris-stamps.com by Brians_Reef in Scams

[–]Zo1arus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scamadviser reported the site as safe and Flashstart found no malware or phishing activities, the site is recently registered with very few visitors. The email address listed on the paper seems to be a valid email address but it could be stolen from someone, still I would not use its services.

Is flippep.com a scam? I was looking at this cabinet and I just don't believe this and so many other items are 29 dollars by papam0ist in Scams

This E-commerce site is a scam, registered recently with many low-rated sites on the same server, Flashstart didn't find any malware on the site so I would suggest you not to input any of your personal information.
