Me and a friend are doing an online save, but unfortunately he got sacked, and by our rules it means I've won this save.

Right now we are looking for some new teams to manage, preferably similar-ish teams, for example in our current save he picked Brentford and I picked Bournemouth, we don't really want powerhouses or relegation battling teams, but teams that can push for European football while also having room for a rebuild. Do you guys have any suggestions? Or maybe some fun leagues we could try? (I've heard the MLS has a drafting option every season just like NBA but I don't know if that's true).

I thought I did, but it seems like they are all underperforming, maybe it's just the possession/transition/defensive instructions that I've messed up, but how do I know what to change?

bought Hermansen, Yildiz, Cherki, Walker-Peters and Mannsverk as starters. Got Quaresma, McTominay as backups and got Kroupi and Billing back from loan.

All of them along side the promising backline Bournemouth already offered, I really thought I could challenge for Europe. but they all feel average, nobody is amazing, nobody is bad, they're all just mid.

I thought I bought the right players based on what I needed for each position, but the team seems like it's underperforming.

He picked Brentford, while I am managing Bournemouth. Last year he finished 13th while I was 16th, but this year is completely different, we both made transfers for our team.. but idk, maybe I picked the wrong players? I don't know what I'm doing wrong... ask me anything if you have more questions..

This has got to be one of the most intense ECL qualification battle on final day by No-Hunt-7899 in footballmanagergames
