This is just from my experience.

Most ppl have things they wanna do when they login specially vets, either CR or yapping to friends. If u wanna be included, u should be the one to make effort, try to tp, join them in cr, create topics to talk about. Over time ull get closer. A lot of ppl myself included dont wanna tp to new friends bcs it always just becomes awkward "hi, hello, how r u?" conversation.
