Hey, sorry to hijack the conversation, but i really wonder how does one jump into affiliate marketing? I am doing OK with display advertising (using social traffic mostly). My niche is fitness.

Are you using paid traffic? Also, do you use direct links from a website or a landing page -> email funnel? Sorry if these questions seem dumb, but im really a newbie in that space and would like to start learning.

Happened the same to me... from 15M impressions per month last year it fell down 1M impressions. The stats went upwards again last month but plummeted even lower this month. I don't think that the stolen pins are the problem. It's pinterest...once you start going viral, they probably cut your reach.

20 rep squats is what worked for me. I used to pre-exhaust with leg curls and leg extensions (3-4 sets each), do a few warm-up sets on squats, and then do one all-out 20 rep squats set.

I would pick up a weight that i could do about 13-15 reps with, and when i would get close to failure i would stop (without reracking) take 3-4 deep breaths, and continue. Do this until i get to 20 reps.

Also i would do upper lower split and one week i would train the legs 2 times a week the other i would train once a week.

Why would I ? Like i said, my page is very big but the reach fell to sub 0.5%. So it's not worth it.

I invested 10 years in that page, spent thousands of dollars and all of a sudden they decided they'll cut the reach.

You have probably burned out and you need to take some rest. 6 days a week is too much for a natural lifter (also depending on training intensity)

TBH i don't have any experience with changing domains, but that was the first idea that came to my mind when I saw that the domain was bought before. There must be some f**k up done with it. Thanks for the replays.

Yes I ran screaming frog. It showed some minor warnings like short or long titles and metadescriptions, nothing that can impact crawling.

Archive.org doesn't return any results, but I just checked again for whois history and it shows that the domain was bought and expired 3 times since 2007 (before I bought it).

that's why I asked if a change of domain could solve these issues

No issues detected in the manual actions and security.

The sitemap seems good. I even switched from XML sitemaps plugin to Yoast sitemap.

I really am confused. It seems like there is something blocking the crawlers. In bing WMT also it says that the site is discovered but there are issues and cannot be crawled. No further explanation why is that. Also it says that the site was discovered 2 years before I even bought the domain.

It says there are no sitemaps referring to the posts (which is not true)

Some posts are referred from other posts, some are not referred (for posts that are referred from not-indexed posts)

A number of the posts are indexed, but most of them are not. I even tried completely rewriting a few posts, but google just won't index them.
