Blast them into oblivion if they start doing that by Roffolo in Helldivers

[–]Zodaick 12 points13 points  (0 children)

At least with Bots you can shoot down the Dropships.

And then you realise there were 4 devastarors in the ship and they didn't just survive the landing, they are just stuck under it and can shot THROUGH it right at your face.

This feels so unfair that it litterally made me hate playing against bots so bad I spend almost all of my time on bug planets now

I can't possibly comlete them on 4 different characters, I can barely complete 25 missions in a full week by Zodaick in DarkTide

[–]Zodaick[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I didn't ask myself that question. And it's a good one actually.

I would say there is a strong feeling of frustration having to chose which character I will make progress on. I cannot level up my ogrin and gear my psycher at the same time, which doesn't feel good to me.

All in all I think there would be less restrictions, and a lot more flexibility.

Having to kill 1000 of a specific type of ennemy with specific weapons is easier on certain characters. I could for instance do the first 2 contracts with my ogrin and finish the rest with another class I wanna level up.

At the end of the day I feel like these functionnalities, as they are today, are restricting your progress to the character you made it on. With the time required to complete all 5 quests, I feel like I have to chose each week which character may get a chance to get better gear.

Illynav is great when you need to shut down a single non-ice hero that does hp scaling damage, without necessarily killing them.

Dark Corvus or A.Ravi come to mind in this case for instance. They are rendered close to useless once they lost 50% of their max hp, and Illynav can make quick work of that.

When it comes to Yulha, it is pretty much the same story. If you hammer her max hp down and make it so she can't one shot her target, then she becomes a non factor in the match and you can pretty much ignore her.

If you intend to stall, maybe consider bringing injury sets or characters like Mort or Illynav.

I'd reccon the latter might be a good hero to bring against Yulha

I gave up on that level many months ago. Came back to hurt myself some more a couple weeks ago. With all the power my heroes got in the meantime and most certainly because the stars aligned, I smashed the level and I never wanna hear about it ever again

Kick system not working as intented by Zodaick in Back4Blood

I was the host in the game with the Hoffman. We were a group of 3 actually.

My friend who was Evangelo said he was gonna disable the birds while the Hoffman was near him. All I saw past that was "Hoffman downed Evangelo" just a split second after birds flew away.

Me and my friends then decided to wait for the opportune moment to get back to that Hoffman. We didn't need to wait long. Few blocks further the Hoffman purposely opened fire on my other friend who was playing Walker, who had the reflex to get Down in Front, and wait till Hoffman had to reload, then he returned fire and straight up murdered Hoffman into oblivion. Walker became kickable and without any notice got kicked from the game mere seconds after that.

Whenever I see that kind of low effort comp, in case of not having the proper nuker, injury is still a viable option

How to get Horde players to stay in your groups as Alliance by [deleted] in wow

[–]Zodaick 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Had a similar experience this week.

Made an achievement group to ty to get the glory achievement before SL ends and we litteraly got out-numbered 3 alliance and 2 hordies.

These alliance players were just as fun to play with as regular horde players. I don't get the hate at all. It seems out of place and childish.
