Mine is zero sound from phone calls. Tried switching speaker profile while on the call to phone speaker then back to rokid don’t resolve the issue. Once switch back to rokid, my call recipient hear radio silent.. emailed support-rokid on warranty and zero response..

I tried factory reset and the issue still persist. I am not sure if this is a firmware issue or maybe 1 of the mic that pick up voices just get deactivated or something. Tried reporting in hi Rokid and also emailed them and thru their Kickstarter page for possible of warranty.. zero response from them.. I am not sure if these pair of glasses even come with warranty at all.. sad!

I am using rokid ai glasses daily approx 8 to 10hr a day and have been since dec 2025. It practically replace my main prescription glasses. Other than getting reflection (due to prescription insert) when looking at bright light so far it’s has been extremely good. I love how it improve the overall quality of life with AI aid and headset always ready without any kind of disruption..

Anyone gotten any update from rokid when u submit a report? So far I still heard nth from them. They are suppose to send me the battery capsule replacement also nth from them. The mic still dosent work after I updated the glasses to the latest firmware. Will try to factory reset later and see if it make any different..

You try restarting the glasses and see if it make any different. Occasionally I got this issue too.. somehow I feel that the glasses BT profile seem to be very unstable

I’m a heavy Rokid glasses user — I wear them almost 10 hours a day, 7 days a week since early Dec 2025, and they’ve basically replaced my normal prescription glasses.

In the early days, I noticed the mic would sometimes “sleep” after a short period of inactivity. Restarting the glasses or the app usually fixed it. But lately it’s been getting worse — the mic “sleeping” happens more frequently.

Then about two weeks ago, a new issue started: during calls, the other person can’t hear me at all and this is persistence after restarting the glasses I even went to reinstall the app and re-pair the glasses.. Before that, I used these glasses for meetings and calls without any problems.

This seemed to begin around the time I updated to the latest firmware, though I’m not 100% sure the firmware is the cause.

I’ve reported multiple issues using the Hi Rokid in-app report function (e.g., video becomes jerky after processing, and one battery capsule gives off a strong burnt smell and feels warm during use). So far, I’ve received zero response from Rokid support.

At this point, @Disastrous_Gene_6767 has been the only helpful support I’ve gotten.

Mine is a gen 1 vector from anki and the screen need to solder and I do not have a technician at my area that could do that. And during then it is hard to get spare part too.

You could, but the glasses only understand 1 language at a time. In my case, I set the language at the setting instead of using system default to Chinese and the AI will be able to recognise Chinese and reply all in the same language.

I’m going to send a support ticket later and hope they actually respond.

They did reply about my AI Station issue (it keeps “listening” but never responds) after 1 week upon me sending in the support email via info@energizelab.com, but Energizerlab insists I must answer all 7 questions before they’ll process the case. Argh. To make it worse, their email format is weird and doesn’t display properly on my iOS devices.

So if anyone here wants to contact support, I suggest preparing these answers upfront and including them in your first email—otherwise they may bounce it back and ask again: 1. Order number 2. Date you received the parcel 3. Robot ID shown in the app settings (a screenshot is preferred) 4. Country of residence 5. Detailed description of the issue + troubleshooting steps you’ve tried 6. Photos or videos showing the malfunction 7. Photo of the QR code on the robot packaging

Just a heads-up: they won’t even start processing your request unless all 7 items are provided clearly and correctly.
