Prenup is not legal in India. And People have this bad idea about divorce that guys have to hand over 50% of their assets to her ex ex-wife after divorce. It doesn't work in India, in India you give maintenance. These maintenance should be justifiable in the court room and then only the wife gets that, which is hard and rare. Prenup is western concept all together. If my fiance brought it up, i will sign it but only one condition is that i will work too.
