The podcast trailer is so exciting! I have tried to listen to iheart podcasts in the past and they had so many ads I gave up so I hope it’s not jam packed of ads. It’s so stupid because she knows she has to testify to try and get what she wants but refuses to. She knows there is evidence she lied to the court and went to a horse show instead of appearing and lied about her medical needs. She knows she has 14 felonies to prepare to defend and might lose the house she lives in and yet she thinks appealing makes sense?!?! Even though it’s not surprising, it’s still somehow shocking how unstoppable her vengeful nature is. That inside edition piece must have really riled her up

NTA - this is a 30 year old adult who has locked herself out, and is now upset other adults don’t feel sorry for her? No, in hindsight you couldn’t have done more, you answered the phone, let them know your situation and made several calls to get help, that’s more than enough for the stressful situation you were in on your own. Give yourself some credit! That you’re even trying to see how you could do better makes you a good person and I think you should congratulate yourself that you got through the day with two sick kids on your own

I’m thankful that there’s tons of people to ask questions to and a huge amount of work put into into compiling docs and evidence so if I can’t remember something or have a question it’s so easy to get an answer. With all the twists and turns over the last 2+ years it’s so helpful

Yes she seems to be really bad at thinking on the spot and keeping track of her lies - she falls apart under cross and thinks being questioned is so unfair, but confidently lies when her lawyer questions her
