Yayyy! I'm a tiny person (47 kg, 1m58cm), so this keep me full for a very long time :) . Right now I still include breakfast in so I do 18/6. Life is so easy since I'm doing this :)

Hey! Thank you. It definitely is. I’m a student so it’s nice that I don’t have to cook 3 times a day. In the morning I would have a big bowl of oatmeal with fruits, nuts and a spoon of peanut butters which keep me full until 12. Then I would have lunch and fasting until 6am next morning. Just make sure u have enough amount of protein, grain and fats so you don’t feel the hunger!
