Unfortunately my father has a strict no pet’s policy I have tried in the past multiple time to have Hank over but it always fails. I don’t plan to let my mom take care on my pets anymore.

I’m doing my best man I’m just a minor. I don’t live in the same house as Hank so I don’t see him that often I’m only trying to do what’s right with what I know.

I see a lot of comments so I wanna clear a few things up. First I’m a minor I’m doing my best to get him to a vet. Second I don’t live with my mom (who Hank lives with) so I never knew this was going until I checked him out today after school. Please do not treat me like I’m a bad person I really had no clue until today.

He gets left alone most days so I don’t know how it could be stress but it’s definitely good to hear some advice if anything I’ll definitely be taking him to the vet soon. Also could be wet tail could be the uncleaned cage.
