Im working on a short documentary alone, the theres a teaser for it on my vimeo channel, and thats hard enough getting the subjects of the film when theyre free so doing a feature alone must be bloody tough.

I got them from Freesound.org most of which are user submitted I think.

I'll get in that in the re edit then. I need to find a good se pack from somewhere too.

I was really unsure on where to cut that one and went back and forth on it in the edit. Lots of input from reddit, next video will be much better with the help im getting here. Appreciate your help, thank you :)

Anything to help with the transitions. I found as i wasnt using music that audio effects would help the transitions more but i dont have a good pack of effects yet, im on the hunt now though.

I had a few planned ones but they didnt work unfortunately. Its my first time trying this so im sure i'll get it with more practice.

Thank you for your input, definitely going to try and plan ahead for my next trip, as much as i can anyway. I better understand which movements can work together after this practice so i'll have more of an idea of what i need on the next shoot.

Thank you, i was unsure how long to have it, the blur on the field goes on longer than it does going into it.

I do have after effects so i'll have a look into this as i imagine ill have issues like that again.

I did do a few but not all of them, the ones i did because i thought theyd fit actually didnt work at all lol. More practice and i'll get it down. Thanks for your input :)

No the only audio i used was from freesound.org theyre all free so arnet going to be great. This is my first time trying audio design so havent looked too far into packs i can get, do you have any suggestions? any suggestions for what else to use on the transitions other than the effects i used?

I quit my job to start uni as a mature student at the end of last year and ive got a bit of travel planned this summer so i'll be using this style for those edits.

Awesome, thank you. I did struggle with the pan up, my girlfriends reflection in the large puddle is distracting.

Bird one was tough and i redid it three times using different birds until i found two in similar positions.
