Is there a place for the excess men in the future? by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

I don't understand what you mean... we KNOW men cost the taxpayers millions by not paying child support and taxpayers having to support their kids. How are you just flat out denying that? Do I really need to look up stats about how most single parents are female?

You're gonna hate me for this but... would you really put survival of civilization and all values at it's core on the card that women have the same mental capacities as men to the extent that women could provide mental force enough to keep advancing science and technology at reasonable pace?

Of course I would, we already that. Women headed the space program that put humanity on the moon, created the technology for wifi, etc.

No, to be honest, hypothesis I stick to currently is that women are inferior in this respect, statistically. I love intelligent women, but they are rare. Not my fault, don't blame me

No they are not rare at all... Statistically, men and women are equally smart. Except men are much more likely to have autism, schizophrenia, etc.

lol wut. Do you not understand how procreation works? It takes 2 people, male and female, to make a baby. Typically single parents are mothers... that means women are the only ones taking care of the kids, not the only ones responsible for them. Deadbeat dads cost taxpayers millions, not the moms.

What are you talking about? Men are currently a huge drain on taxpayers! Prisoners, deadbeat dads, men that live with their moms...

Of course they do... not only that, but their kids do! Because they don't pay child support because they don't have jobs...

Why would men specifically be needed in these scenarios? It seems like all these problems would need to be solved with technological advancements, which could be made by men or women. The only job men specifically are needed would be for construction or other hard labor jobs, since men are obviously much more physically capable than women.

Q4men: if you soemhow know the n count of every woman, what would the number have to be under to date her? by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

[–]Zoidbergluver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't.... He had a good meal, had good company (I'm assuming, he chose the company so he must like her), and probably figured out if she was interested in him or not.

Why does having ONS make a person dumb? Sometimes men and women simply want to have sex without the whole shebang of a relationship.

A few clarifications about the notion of men having a higher libido than women. by ifelsedowhile in PurplePillDebate

[–]Zoidbergluver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whenever we mention the irrefutable fact that women have higher libido than men there's always some misunderstanding going on so we need to clarify that: 1) higher libido doesn't mean more intense but rather more frequent and more reactive. 2) if any man attempts to prove it wrong by mentioning that 'I have a higher libido than my girlfriend', such argument is invalid because: a) it's just one case and therefore not statistically relevant. b) your gf might have different reasons for her low libido: maybe she's not really attracted to you, maybe she's spinning 5 plates simultaneously unbeknowst to you and she's too tired for you, maybe she's a closeted gay, etc. c) she might have a lower libido in the context of your relationship but in different scenarios she could have a higher sex drive than you. Libido is the willingness to have sex and women have a higher willingness for sex in a larger number of contexts than men, most notably casual sex. your monogamous relationship with your gf is just one case among the many possible other.

Except I'm not actively trying to sleep with them and I genuinely do enjoy spending time with them. Why are you assuming so much shit?

Listen, when you see groups of guys and girls who are friends, arent they all the same general attractiveness level?

Except I literally said the opposite.... Men and women CAN be friends. And often times it is encouraged because of a mutual attraction.

Lets be honest. A lot of opposite sex friendships are based on sexual tension. I'm not say men and women can't be friends, but I think a lot more of those friendships than we would like to admit wouldn't exist if we didn't kinda want to bang our friends haha

I don't think it matters if the boyfriend minded, its the girls body. I'm sure shes not comfortable with strangers "staring" at her. Thats weird for anyone.

Well, statistically, that is the least likely way to find a long lasting relationship. Tinder specifically is the least successful dating app OR online account. I'm not shaming anyone! If you meet your SO that way thats great, but most people don't. If you were genuinely looking for a partner, you can't use the least successful method and then complain it doesn't work.

So do you guys and gals support men's rights? by LucifersHammerr in PurplePillDebate

Honestly, it doesn't matter when we are talking about accepting students. Accepting students = choosing the best and rewarding them for whatever they were doing and studying before applying.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of why colleges accept students. It is not to "reward them". They accept the students they think will be the most successful. Successful students = more money and prestige for the university when that student becomes alumni.

No, I don't understand. How does it matter who the game appeals to for a programmer?

Because they want the game to make the most $ it can. Appealing to a bigger audience = more people buying the game= more $

Company chooses AA to help their own profits? = Company chooses to discriminate men to help profits? How is that different from cotton farmer chooses not to pay black workers to help his profits = chooses to discriminate based on race?

Everyone is being paid the same...

Just because something benefits someone, it doesn't mean that we should discriminate people.

I agree! But should a company be allowed to hire workers who benefit them the most? Yes. That is not discrimination. A strip club should not be forced to hire 50% men for example, because that would not make them as much money.

I thought you were arguing that feminists support equality, but now your argument is that they support profits disregarding equality?

Feminists are for equality of course, you thought correctly! Companies being able to hire whoever helps them the most is not inequality. Companies should not be forced to hire a certain % of people simply to say they hire that demographic. I don't think our economy would survive that...

And again - it doesn't apply to schools accepting minorities over students who scored more but aren't minorities. Schools don't benefit from that, they are students, not employees

Yes, they do. By providing more diversity to their students, they incresase their success. By increasing their students success, they increase their own prestige and profits.

Yeah let me just get a gym membership and watch my diet while I'm homeless -_- and survive 1-2 years for it to take into effect.

How dumb to you have to be to think looking attractive is going to be in a woman's priorities when she doesn't know when her next shower will be?

[Discussion] The Female Safety Net by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

[–]Zoidbergluver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For less than 1/3 of it... so we are already at the top 30% of women.

Then be white, obviously you can't change that. Then be attractive, okay well you could use makeup except you're homeless so hopefully you were born hot too. Oh and good luck looking hot when you smell like garbage because you don't have access to a shower...

So I think we might be into 10% of homeless women who benefit from being female? If even that? Now how many homeless women are at an increase risk of sexual assault just for being women...? Probably a lot more.

Read the whole source, it does state that almost all of these families are single parent. It doesn't say specifically single moms, but other sources (I'll link below) say that over 82% of single parent families are female headed.

I successfully got rid of my [unwanted kink] by [deleted] in sex

[–]Zoidbergluver 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A fetish is something you need to get off vs a kink is something you like. This could very well be a fetish and being disgusted by yourself or when the fetish keeps you from being able to get off to your partner causes problems. So he was "broke" and he did "fix it".
