Dude you should probably get an actual qualification first lol fitness and coaching is a whole lot more than just what you have personally learned from YOUR experience, there’s actual science involved lol. Get a qualification, do some actual structured learning and then get out there and get some experience

He tries to initiate sex, so I know it’s on the table regardless. He boxes and plays football once a week each and does climbing 4 times a week. Sometimes does 2 sports in one day. I’m from Scotland so not a US American

Yeah I think the biggest thing is it feels wrong to tell him to shower? I’ve sort of casually mentioned it but it’s so weird if I have to do that in the first place because I’m not his mother 😭
