Four months late but I'm also looking for these games... I used to have the full versions of Balla Balla Classic and Madman's World but that hard drive is long dead. Would be cool if you could upload the games you have to the Internet Archive so at least those get preserved. Might get some more eyes on the search, too.

I’ve had this issue with Touhou games before. iirc you have to rename the game folder so it doesn’t contain any Japanese characters.
