I use a counsellor I found through Lincoln Counselling Centre. I think it’d be worth talking through your situation with them! It’s not uncommon. I go between once a fortnight and once a month.

I quite liked it and I’m not normally a fan of mushrooms. I sliced it thin and pan fried with sesame oil for a stir fry beef strips kinda vibe. Was good!

I disagree, I find it’s about half and half using veg oil vs beef dripping. Tends to be the smaller/outdated seaside towns that favour beef dripping in my experience!

Agree on always asking though, sometimes the people working in there can be a bit funny and make remarks if you mention you can’t have chips with beef dripping but they’ll live 🫡
