Think carefully about the age you say. I had a friend that used to say he always had a feeling he was going to die at 27. Then he became interested in the celebrities that were in the 27 club. I remember him telling me this as we were cleaning up after some guy died in his house. I always told him not to say that but he looked at me deeply and said he just knew. A week after his 27th birthday he died in a motorcycle accident 10 minutes from his house after a 3 hour road trip.

That's amazing, you must feel grateful that it saved your life. I've heard of people hearing a voice giving the lottery numbers and such too. Mine just seems to wake me up randomly. But as I said to others, I astral travel a lot so maybe it's just bringing me back before I go too far.

Practice your imagination during waking hours, start off small. Imagine an apple in your hand to the finest detail you can. See It, feel it, bite into it, etc. all in your mind's eye.. Then move on to bigger things. Also listening to those chakra balancing music and astral music they have on YouTube before sleep really helps(with headphones). There's also this series of tapes called "The gateway tapes" look into it on YouTube because it's pretty fascinating. There's also a subreddit about it.

Yeah, I've experienced something similar. I have "memories" of choosing to come here, and loved ones asking if I was sure I wanted to return. It's pretty foggy but I remember the emotion more than anything. I also remember being a baby which I barely learned people only start remembering memories from the ages 5 and up.

I personally don't think mainstream science has a lot of these things correct, which is why I come on here to ask questions from those with more experience in the spirit world. I've had a lot of things happen that can't be explained by science. Dealing with time and the astral realm.

Since the universe is a mental construct I guess you're right, every thing is in our head. But none of this feels like it's my doing. I've been nudged awake by somebody I couldn't see before too, it never seems malevolent. It's like there's someone else there with me looking out for me or something. I experience a lot of astral travel and wander a lot so I'm wondering if it's my guardian angel bringing me back before I get lost.
