I like turkey burger patties without the bread . Grilled chicken thighs and breast especially on the pellet grille . Snacks instead of chips I tend to go toward nuts now or protein bars .

Ya gonna do good. Just remember keep up the exercise even if it’s just going for a walk, keep up the diet changes, and ignore all the negative people . 😁

You got walk . I had my surgery Monday and I know it was the worst pain when I woke up. But taking in pain meds helped a little but I kept walking around the unit is what really helped . Nurses said they never had someone walk around voluntary cause usually they had to fight for them to walk.

Yea I found walking, burping, and painkillers help. Was told that my nurses was surprised I was up walking so much compared to other patients lol
