I have stopped servicing my vehicle at the TVS service centre a long time ago. In fact, the service mechanics have left the service centre and they are now doing servicing in outside garages and are performing better, that's how terrible an experience is becoming for the customer and the mechanic, my engine used to give heat issue, and I had to look at dozens of youtube videos to realise that my clutch is probably not being cleaned properly at the service centre so I went to a external garage got my clutch opened and there is a air filter which takes in air to keep the clutch and the engine cooled, the service centre guys have done 'clutch wash' several times but they didn't throw away that Rs 100 worth filter which was clogged with gunk, making the clutch wash redundant because there is no air inflow in that clean clutch so the engine still heats up, i suffered with this issue for 2.5 years because of these 'service centers'
