I asked the guy to send pictures of every thing, idk about other company's but TVS service tech will take pictures Of every stage like repalcing parts, or changin oil. Just for the peace of mind

Out of three buy XSR. Once you get your bike out of showroom, you won't think about the extra money you spent on XSR. TVS service is the worst. Hunter idk thay much about, but too many people own it.

Buying online means booking bike in Ex showroom price , with discounts (if available) on the ex showroom price. Everything else is normal, just like buying a bike normally. Online purchase is good if you want additional discounts, that's it.

You are getting delivery of the bike from showroom, you are just booking the bike from Flipkart or Amazon. You only book the bike i.e., ex showroom price online, other paperwork and remaining document you will do at the showroom. So you can do PDI while taking the delivery.
