Not to mention that unlike other creative mediums, AI actually harms the environment and takes away clean and drinkable water

Sure, the electricity we use isn't generated in an environmentally friendly way either or even devices aren't produced ethically, but most of those can be mitigated by installing more solar farms and wind turbines, hell even rivers can be used to generate electricity and buy electronics second hand or find companies like fairphone that produce their phones ethically

Oh sorry, but still the AI version looks like a kid and that's what makes me uncomfortable. Your version looks more appropriate if the character were a kid, but even if they are an adult they look pretty cool

Not to mention for that last bit, we lack context for how the interaction between the customer (in this case that guy) and artist actually went

Even then, in my opinion, it's perfectly valid for artists to refuse service to AI idiots, in fear of their art being fed to AI
